* Orders under $300 will need to be paid via Credit Card at the checkout

* Orders over $300, you will be directed to select the 'Manual Payment Agreement' option. From here you will confirm your order and will be emailed a same day payable invoice for a 25% deposit which will secure your order. Invoices will be emailed from droverenterprises@outlook.com (and often head to junk mail).

Once your deposit payment has been processed your order will go into the system. When your order is dispatched you will be emailed a final invoice for the 75% balance of the order plus any freight costs. This invoice will also be payable within 7 days.
Please note - the 25% deposit is non-refundable.

Hampers are shipped direct to you or your recipient, shipping charges will calculate at checkout. Please select correct qty of items for shipping if sending more than 1 hamper to a single address. Please ensure you select the correct charges for any Rural deliveries.

You may order hampers to go to multiple addresses on one order - in the "Cart" check the "Ship to multiple addresses" box and enter the addresses. These fields are all editable at this stage, so if you have missed adding a gift card, message or delivery date, you can do this all at this step.

For bulk individual deliveries and/or pallet freight, please use Downloadable Order Form and email that through to us and we will come back to you with a quote for the shipping.

We will invoice any short paid freight.
